    Health Energies Vaughan is very excited to announce our first Restorative Wellness Retreat taking place at the historical Dunsford House on the tranquil and stunning grounds of the Eganridge Resort in Fenelon Falls.

    Get ready to deepen your understanding of the Mind, Body and Spirit connection through yoga, meditation, energy work like Reiki and chakra clearing, a weekend of healing and much more.   


    It will be filled with fun, laughter, relaxation, and intuitive activities to discover your innate divine inner and outer being in an exceptional natural setting.

    Set atop an expansive ridge, the heritage estate overlooks the scenic shores of Sturgeon Lake. Majestic towering pines surround the historic, square-timbered manor house. Loon calls echo in the morning air. Lakefront sunsets bring a warm glow to the shore.

    Our Sunday Workshop Healing Through Movement

    Facilitator: Our own Josephine Carmela Auciello

    The Non-Linear Movement (NLM) method by Austrian teacher and counselor Michaela Boehm. It is a somatic practice that aims to soothe the nervous system, process and identify emotions, as well as release trauma.  We add journaling prompts to deepen the practice and create an intimate connection between the body & the mind through gentle, non-forced movements.
